Pricing FAQs
Will I have to pay set-up fees?
When you invest in ECT Manager, you are bound to need individual details setting up for your Appropriate Body. We will do all that for you including your logo, your term dates, your contact information and importing your school information. We do the work so you’re ready to go at launch. We also include online training for 2-3 hours with your team. This standard set up fee is just £500 ex VAT.
If you need all of that work at implementation but also want us to upload your key details like ECT and tutor information we can provide our advanced set-up package - please contact us direct to discuss the cost of this.
What happens if my organisation manages ECT induction for multiple Appropriate Bodies?
Monthly pricing and set up costs are per Appropriate Body (AB). Each AB requires its own version of ECT Manager. An AB is determined by individual Secure Access Organisation ID issued by the Teaching Regulation Agency.
What happens if I need more ECTs than I’ve paid for?
More ECTs can be added at any time. As we invoice monthly, numbers are reviewed on the 1st of the month and you will be invoiced according to this numer. Terms of service apply and are available here: terms-of-service
How long does it usually take to get ECT Manager working?
Once we have all your details for setting up the system (e.g. your logo, your term dates, your school information and so on), we start building your system and schedule your online training. The set-up of the system takes no more than 48 hours, so the only other thing that will affect your launch date is how quickly you and any key users can be available for your online training. Once that’s complete you will be good to go!
